Russian Work visas are given to foreigners who have an official employment contract in Russia. It’s a long process to get one and only the companies that have quotas to employ foreigners can apply for it. The work visa can be a single or double entry for up to 90 days with the possibility of its extension at the migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, by issuing a multiple entry visa for a period of no longer than 1 year. In order to get a work visa, you should find an employer first. After you found an employer, they should get a work permit for you and write you an invitation letter. After receiving the invitation, you can apply for a work visa.
Russian visa is a permission in the form of an adhesive label printed and added in a traveler’s passport. It allows its holder to enter, stay, and leave Russia within a specified period. It contains the following information:

- the numbers of visit allowed,
- vital information,
- passport details,
- information of the employer details that sends you the invitation.
