FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE RUSSIAN CITIZEN VISA APPLICATION

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS

Family members of the Russian citizens’ visa are permission in the form of an adhesive label printed and added to a traveler’s passport. It allows its holder to enter, stay, and leave Russia within a specified period. It contains the following information:

  • the entry and exit dates,
  • the number of visits allowed,
  • vital information,
  • passport details,
  • information on the party details that send you the invitation.

Single or double entry visa for a period of no longer than 90 days or multiple entries for up to 1 year.

FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE RUSSIAN CITIZEN VISA REQUIREMENTS

  1. Family Members of Russian Citizen visa should compete Invitation/request please contact for consultation at info@dvservices.ca
  2. Please have the Invitation/request ready to complete the Visa Application Form. This form should be completed, saved, and submitted online here: https://visa.kdmid.ru and then printed out. Kindly ensure that the first page of your visa application form is signed and dated in the designated area. If an applicant is a minor, one of the parents must sign the application form. Unsigned visa application forms will not be accepted.
  3. Original documents: Russian Travel passport (sing and valid), Marriage License, Birth Certificate, Change of Name along with other required documents, please contact for consultation on info@dvservices.ca.
  4. Valid passport. The current passport should be valid for a minimum of six months after the visa’s expiration date or exit date from Russia and has at least 2 blank visa pages which do not need to be consecutive.
  5. One color photograph that must be professionally taken within the last six months; must be color and taken against a white background with the face in focus about 75%; size: 35mm X 45 mm (1 3/8’’ X 1 3/4’’); non-smiling (without sunglasses and head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background); printed on photographic paper and date stamped.
  6. A cover letter from each applicant explaining the purpose of traveling, period of traveling and cities to be visited.
  7. A medical insurance coverage of a minimum of 30,000 EUR for all European citizens. For All other countries (Canada, USA, and ext.) a medical travel insurance minimum of 90 days is a must.
  8. Non-Canadian and Non-US applicants must provide a copy of the document confirming their current resident status in Canada (PR Card, Landed Document, Work Permit).
  9. Former USSR or Russian Federation citizens who emigrated from the USSR or Russia before February 6, 1992, must provide a document confirming that they are no longer the citizens of the Russian Federation.

Document and Visa Services does not bear liability for the safety or security of your passport/document once the passport has entered the embassy/consulates of the Russian Federation or other authority grounds or passed into the control of a courier company for delivery. Document and  Visa Services is not liable for any stolen or lost passports, while out of our hands, and holds no liability for late delivery of passports and visas, Documents and Visa Services does not bear any financial, legal, or other obligations whatsoever for client travel bookings or other purchases, down payments, or any kind of travel or other arrangements that were done before the issuance of visa that may be affected by processing times, visa details or denial of visa.
