- Passports’ first page copy
- Date of entry
- Cities to visit (up to 5 cities)
- Single entry (one entry to Russia; maximum period of stay in Russia is 90 days)
- Double entry (two entries to Russia within the validity of the visa; the maximum period of stay in Russia is 90 days)
- Multiple entry (multiple entries into Russia within one year, maximum stay in Russia of 90 days within 180 days).
